All of my stays here were as a transit passenger. I first landed at Abu Dhabi airport in December 1989 on my way back to the Philippines from my schooling in England.
My second entry was at the Dubai international airport in May 2007. I would call this ‘bad’ luck as my Nightmare in Dubai. I was prevented from boarding the Emirates Airlines going to Khartoum, Sudan, due to visa concerns. I shall relay the details in my upcoming article, including my ‘ABC’ of clothes!
